About Us
JM Sustainable Solutions was established in 2009 by founder Jim Mead after he had completed facilitation training through the University of Queensland while working at DPI Victoria and after studying a Graduate Certificate in Sustainability at Swinburne University.
Initially, the business focused on facilitating the CERES Sustainable Schools program in schools in the Grampians region, working with teachers and students to reduce their schools' environmental footprint by reducing water and electricity use, reducing waste and increasing biodiversity to achieve their 5 star sustainability rating.

The JM Sustainable Solutions brand has now grown to encompass a range of services and trades as Fleurieu Small Farm Management Services, Rosella Hills Farm, Tiny Farm Concerts and Jim Mead Music, (as well as the original facilitation services) which reflect Jim's skill set and interests.
